“If the intention is to have a meditation podcast, please PLEASE remove the promos. It is terribly jarring to start and end a meditation with the ad content! I am trying to relax during a very stressful time and I am dealing with insomnia. After finally drifting to sleep I was awakened by the ad and all the anxiety came back and I couldn’t return to sleep! I’m not planning to listen or recommend until this is changed. You can keep the ads on other Hay House podcasts but remove from this one if you want it to grow.”

“Why?
This is a 5 Star experience- ruined by ads
Could at least have same volume as podcast or relaxing voice for ads. Worst when falling asleep to start with loud voices. :/”
