From 5 stars to 1 star in the blink of an eye
First, let me say I completely understand why the original hosts were compelled to change formats due to time/schedule constraints, but going out gracefully like a great band might have been a more prudent course of action. What made this podcast brilliant was the fact that the original three hosts completely broke down every stereotype of the Harvard liberal, elite, know-it-all professor who is completely out of touch with the realities of the people around them. Furthermore, they had a rapport and “geeky” nature that was extremely relatable and charming. Simply put, it was extremely refreshing to hear people be both brilliant and completely normal and humble at the same time. Under the new format, the podcast has added two additional members of the Harvard faculty who swiftly and skillfully manage to reinforce the aforementioned stereotypes and take them to a whole new level. I will keep an eye on the podcast for those rare weeks when the original three hosts are alone again, but otherwise I will be taking a pass on this once great podcast. RIP After Hours, another sad casualty of 2020.

I find these podcasts extremely useful, interesting and informative. The group dynamics are a perfect fit. I got hooked on these podcasts just last year. I look forward to each new episode and the personal picks offered up by all three!

I came here from the HBR podcast. Quite happy with the content so far.

Intellectually stimulating discussions about a variety of topics. The usual voices (Youngme, Mihir, and Felix) are also funny at times. Keeps it smart without being too heavy.
