This is a made-up story, not true in any sense
The whole story is a work of fiction and the fact that the producers of this podcast do not state this up-front is reason number one for the one-star review. The other reason is that it is poorly produced. Interviews supposedly recorded are over-the-top with production quality and melodramatic readings.

It sounds like a good premise but if you’ve listen to ANY true crime podcasts it’s so painfully obvious this is fiction and these are actors. The bad voice acting and cheesy music and sound effects. Just bad I’m sorry.

I am very suspicious if this is true crime or not. Even if it is, no one seems to be speaking to first hand knowledge. The acting literally reminds me of a murder mystery dinner.

Why put a fictional story under the ‘True Crime’ genre?? Call a drama a drama instead of trying to con those of us who stick to true crime podcasts into listening to your scripted series. Not cool!
