“I was recommended this podcast by my GP and went straight for the hormone and migraine episode. I am a 38 yr old who had a hysterectomy in December because of fibroids. I have suffered with migraines intermittently but over the last year increasingly had them during my period with and without aura. Since my hysterectomy I have had 3 migraines and am keen to learn how to manage them. This episode was very informative and I shall be listening to others. Thank you!”
