“Anyone who’s voiced their birth trauma, has likely heard, “just be thankful you have a healthy baby” or some similarly dismissive comment. 2.5 years ago, I went through a traumatic cesarean with my son. And I couldn’t work through it, because I’ve been guilt tripped for having the feelings I did ON TOP OF unprocessed trauma. I found this podcast a few weeks ago, when I decided I needed to be very intentional with working through this trauma as I prepare for my HBAC. This podcast is so validating and so full of empowering facts, that you can feel this strong feminine energy THROUGH your earbuds. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for speaking on this “taboo” topic and letting women know that how they feel is ok, and how we can work through those feelings 🙏🏻”
