Take time to reflect on who you are today versus the person you once were. I see you and I am so proud of you. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to allow you to take the time to pause and reflect on your difficult journey and celebrate your resilience. Be proud of yourself…. Let’s invoke…calling forth your Spirit, your Spirit Guide, Angels and Guides…to guide…surround and protect you ... ..for the highest and greatest good…and so it is and so be it… I invite you to lie down and get as comfortable as you can ... .place a pillow behind your head and cover yourself with a blanket ... .if you can cover your eyes with an eye pillow do so… for the deepest of relaxation…… This is your opportunity to give yourself and nourish yourself with love and goodness…..PAUSE Connect to your breath….notice the breath synchronized with the rise and fall of your chest… Inhale chest rises…exhale chest falls…… Place your hands on your heart center…….. Feel yourself sinking into the present moment………letting go of any tension or stress you may be carrying…… As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically………bring your awareness to the journey you've been on………PAUSE Reflect on the challenges you've faced……..the difficult times that have tested your strength and resilience……… These moments may have felt overwhelming………but here you are…….still standing……still breathing…….still moving forward. Visualize yourself at the beginning of this journey……….facing those obstacles with uncertainty and fear………..PAUSE Feel the weight of those burdens on your shoulders……the doubts that whispered in your mind……… Take a deep breath in………and exhale slowly through your mouth……….. Now…….imagine yourself reaching out and gently releasing those burdens……one by one……one by one……… Let them fall away from you………no longer weighing you down……..PAUSE With each breath……….feel yourself becoming lighter……freer…..as you let go of the past and embrace the present moment………. You are light like a feather…….floating…………PAUSE You are not defined by your hardships…….. but by your ability to rise above them……… You are a beacon of resilience………..a testament to the strength of the human spirit Now……….shift your focus to the present moment……….. Feel the ground beneath you……supporting you……anchoring you in this moment……. The earth holds and anchors you…..it always has your back………and holds you up…… Notice the rhythm of your breath……..the steady beat of your heart……. You are alive…….you are here…….and that is something to celebrate………PAUSE Continue to feel your heartbeat…..your aliveness………… As you continue to breathe deeply………… bring to mind all the ways you have grown and changed throughout this journey………. Feel the corners of your mouth turn up in a smile……and gratitude fills your being…….. Perhaps you have developed greater compassion for yourself and others………… or discovered inner strengths you never knew you had……… Allow yourself to feel proud of the person you have become………the person who has faced adversity with courage and grace……..
