You can reach out to your policy makers to make sure they are including specific legal protections for older women health workers, providing adequate funding, providing social protection, and rethinking training and capacity through the eyes and experiences of frontline older women health workers. Also, involve the education sectors and employers - it is vital to ensure they include legal literacy in health worker educational curriculum including continuous education curriculums.
