In working with a lot of mamas through pregnancy and postpartum, during these chapters there are so many challenges that come with the huge fluctuations in hormones. I am so grateful to have found your podcast because there are many women who can be experiencing thyroid issues, but it can be so hard to get answers! It’s not often explored in the traditional medical community unless you really advocate for a more comprehensive evaluation of what could be contributing to energy levels, trouble with sustainable weight loss, and so many other things.
