Is the podcast click bait now?
I’ve been really enjoying this podcast, until yesterday when the episode on “the most common smoothie mistake” did not actually give us the most common smoothie mistake, instead telling us we’d have to read the article if we wanted to find out. The whole point I listen to podcasts is because I don’t often have time to read articles, but love consuming content in my ears while I’m doing other things. If the podcast is going to turn into click bait for the articles, I don’t see the point in listening anymore.

More reviews of Healthy-ish
Really? Eoin Finn? What a hack! Is he a doctor? No. Not even a physio! And he thinks he can give mobility advice? Omg I had to turn it off. I actually had to see a physio (you know, a trained professional) after years of yoga wrecked my body! Urrrrggghhhh.

I like the short and snappy conversation - a quick few minutes of listening while I make my coffee and I usually learn a few healthy tips along the way!

Ok
I enjoy listening to the empathetic tone of Maz and Andrew, but for me Eliza gives off a judgemental tone that belies the premise of the podcast.
