As the leader of our own life, our horses, our family, workplace and all other roles we are blessed with in life- we are responsible for the actions of ourself and those on our team. This means we must be willing, prepared and able to communicate, listen, understand and effectively respond to those we are conversing with. This sounds simple and it is. But many people take the path of least resistance with non confrontation, non communication, thinking that this is the easy way out when in reality it simply delays the inevitable and creates a surmounting pressure within the situation at hand. To be honest, many aren't willing to put in the work. Nonetheless, in today's episode we take a listen to one of the most powerful movie scenes of all time and learn how we can directly implement the lessons from this scene in our every day lives with other people and our horses.
