Episode 211 - Hello Health Heroes! I was so pleased to have Ashley James back on the show to share how she has been doing after her daughter's death. For a while she let her health slide and had a lot of guilt and shame around not being as healthy as possible. After a long period of grief Ashley rebounded and started getting back to the basic fundamentals of health. She then was inspired to write her workbook titled “Addicted To Wellness”.
