Good but could be better
Good quality MMA breakdowns are hard to come by, so when Connor and Phil get in to it, it’s great. It’s really frustrating though - almost as much time is dedicated to berating cards, fighters or others involved in MMA as it is breaking down fight. I wish the hosts would understand that if the listener is tuning in to listen to a podcast about a fight card... it’s probably because they want a breakdown of the fights on that card? If I think a card is rubbish, they probably won’t be listening. Not every card can be Manchester United vs Liverpool. Sometimes you have West Ham vs Hull on a Tuesday night - but both have to happen to get the full outcome of the season. Just talk about the fights.

This is one of the few fight shows that cares more about what happens in the cage or ring, than outside of it.
