Good, not great
I love these two and I loved the old pod. Got me through Covid. It was magnificent. This one is pretty decent and I think it will improve as time goes. My recommendation - quit with the non-football or non-consequential football stuff. No one cares what music you listened to 30 years ago or who your favorite movie director is. We want news and updates on critical football information and we want real breakdowns of the teams and conferences. Which you do provide at times, but there’s too much fluff outside of that. Keep the main thing the main thing and dispense with the other nonsense. I find myself skipping through significant portions of the show trying to find meaningful football talk. Maybe it’s just a pre-season habit because we’re lacking real football games. Which I could understand. I hope it improves. I’d rather have shorter but meater podcasts than hear about Quinton Terrintino or Metallica. Also - please make Jordan stop rambling.
