Gratitude
I’m so grateful for Bryan and this podcast. you literally saved my life from the whores of addiction. I was using opiates and couldn’t stop. Bryan taught me from the very beginning of getting clean that is all about perspective. If you change a thought, you can change your mind and ultimately change your life. He taught me that by listening to other addicts share I can connect and feel the empathy. This intern helped me not feel so alone anymore. The way that Bryan helped me and introduced me to gratitude and freedom I will never be able to repay. But also another paradox of what I learned is that I can’t keep what I have unless I give it away to others still suffering. I have found purpose in giving back to other recovering addicts, who also seek change and to better of their lives, and have become a sponsor to guide many people through the 12 steps. This is medicine for me. I love this podcast. Hopefully you can find something that can help you.
