Venerable Dr. Dhammapiya, the Secretary General of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), was in Bhutan for the Centre for Bhutan and GNH Studies' 4th International Conference on Vajrayana Buddhism. IBC and Bhutan's central monastic body were the Centre's partners for the conference.
