Cloudy with a chance of bridal showers
This episode was certainly a departure from the previous ones that were funny and highly entertaining. They all deserve 5 stars. This one? Ugh. I agree with Dean about attending the shower, but his flippant comments were callous, insensitive, and dismissive of Caelynn’s feelings. It was really hard to listen to. While Caelynn said she was “ok” with it, the underlying tone of her responses suggested something different. She handled his self serving comments tactfully, too bad he couldn’t afford her the same. And poor Jared was caught in the middle. Hoping that future episodes are better than this one. I just listened to Dean’s latest podcast and cringed. For anyone who thinks that Dean can not humiliate Caelynn more than he already has, think again. On this podcast. 02/08/24, he had a conversation with his “Really Good Friend” Hannah, the one who he climbed all those mountains with. The “RGF” who is staying with him at his home while his wife is away (wonder where she is sleeping since they just moved in). The RFG he spent more time with in the months prior to his wedding than with his wife. The RFG who jumped at the chance to climb with him even though she had already done many of the peaks. Climbing or something else on her mind? The RFG to whom he spoke with flirtatiously Maybe the RFG who wants to replace Caelynn. Caelynn is either more naive than I thought or is the biggest fool on earth. This episode was the coup de grace of humiliations.

I love how awkward you act and how you can laugh at yourself! I don’t think you’re actually awkward but you’re humbleness makes listening enjoyable!
