Scripture says in Hebrews 10:36 “For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.” For many of us, the purpose behind this endurance could be aimed at drawing us nearer to God, to learn to rely on God’s power instead of our own, to believe in His promises for our lives, and even to prepare ourselves or to allow time for God to prepare others for our next step.
