“No joke. Started listening to this because Gabrus is a riot and so are most of the people he knows. Love hearing people talk their way through topics. But the way he talks about being a large person struggling with large person issues has been tremendous. It’s helped motivate me to make changes that will keep me healthier. I’m sure the intent was to make a funny, sometimes informative podcast. Mission accomplished. I don’t know that anyone thought it would make someone’s life 180 degrees better, but it has.
