Creatively Bankrupt
I thought that this show had hit rock bottom years ago but as I catch this week’s episode title “Doing Fun Things” I see there are yet further depths of the abyss to be explored. Not sure if it’s the fact that this Podcast has completely overstayed its welcome or the all encompassing mediocrity of the Guest themselves but man…”doing fun things”? You mean your life is so totally bereft of passion and enthusiasm that the best topic you can think of is “doing fun things”? Blech. Gabrus needs to either hang this show up or rebrand/relaunch the show under a new premise. Wouldn’t we all be more entertained if he just did Aliens and Conspiracies as a main topic? Those are the only listenable eps he’s made in years. Talking incessantly about smoking weed and eating hoagies is what a child does Jon. Get over it man…you came to the “weed party” late but that doesn’t mean we all still think it’s cool to be intoxicated 24/7. I stopped reading High Times in High School. “Whoa maannnnn! Check out those crystals!!!” What are you….40 years old??? My lord. Time to grow up before your first colonoscopy is on the calendar.
