Darby is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern California, where she heads the Neuroendocrinology of Social Ties Lab. A former English major, she now specializes in social relationships, stress and parenthood. Her ongoing NSF-funded neuroimaging study, HATCH, follows couples in transition to parenthood from the prenatal to postpartum stages. PS.
