“This podcast has to make money somehow people. There’s a sleep timer built into Apple Podcasts for a reason, or choose one of the 10 hour episodes. Ads are only at the beginning and end, there are not “so many”. This podcast is exactly what it says it is, and I use it religiously to help me sleep”
