Listening to Chris you never feel like you’re being entertained by some DJ’s clown show, and you never feel like you’re being told what you should like. What you get is something between a TED Talk and having a beer with a friend who knows a lot about music.
As a music teacher and professional musician, this podcast is almost always the first one I reach for because I always learn something new. It inspires and informs the music I listen to; and the books referenced have become personal favorites as well as recommendations for students and friends.
