It’s not very often to you meet an athlete who for 30 years has been active in the field of ultra cycling & triathlon space! You know the amount of records that our very own Lt.Col. Bharat Pannu has broken in the last decade. On this episode of HTR, I am thrilled to have his coach Tracy Mckay or as people like to call him TMAC!
