No credentials, anti masker , entitled
The one half episode I listened to she basically treated as her own private therapist/ Hawling appointment with her guest. She talked about herself the entire time. How does a person have 5 months to lay in bed ?? Oh … the husband. got it. This podcast is a hobby project for an entitled, UNQUALIFIED, glorified house wife who doesn’t have any bills to pay. Like if most people were having debilitating anxiety they’d just get the meds and have to go back to work to avoid becoming houseless. I’m not sure why people with zero credentials are blabbing about trauma healing to the general public. I wish people realized how privileged they are. She starts talking about all the workshops, Rolfing sessions etc etc she did for her soas like how much did that cost ? And who paid for it ??? All this after lying in bed for 5 months straight. I just can’t take anyone seriously with this kind of lifestyle.

Lindsey and her guests are the best company you can have through your healing journey. I like how honest the conversations are and how they open the gate to a new perspective.
