“I hardly ever write reviews but I feel honored to write the first review for this incredible podcast. I really wish I could give more than five stars.
I have struggled off and on for years with chronic pain, UTI’s, severe mental health struggles, family and deep spiritual/religious trauma and became somewhat “crunchy” and was always seeking out the perfect diet/supplement protocol to fix myself. I did see a trauma therapist for a while but couldn’t seem to dive in and do the work on my own.
I have also found that I get triggered by my son a lot and I want more than anything to heal and to feel whole so that I can be a mom who is present, knows when to apologize and to be in a place to help my son through his emotions and to stop the generational trauma.
I have found certain natural protocols have helped to some degree but nothing has really helped to heal those old subconscious beliefs. As I have finally sought the bravery to tackle a 10 year addiction to screens, stepping away from social media, binge watching, games, etc. made me realize that it was really all of the old trauma popping up again and again and I found this podcast in my search.
When all of this and more was addressed in the first few podcast episodes I knew I had stumbled on to something great. Thank you again!!!”
