Mind, body and soul
Mary Grace and I connected a few months back and I am more than appreciative of this lifelong connection I have found that shares similar interests with me. I am an Architect and Interior Designer and simultaneously into a lot of creative practices, a major focus in my life being wellness. This podcast helps create that awareness and benefits users in all ways. I believe everyone should spend some time going through Season 1. There is no lack of inspiration, motivation, a sense of balance and fulfillment in all that Mary Grace tries to teach to her audiences. Well, then why hesitate? She is always there to answer questions and share knowledge. Not all people are so dedicated to wellness. Having said that, I highly recommend this podcast in addition to her yoga classes (that I have personally taken and felt so fulfilled at all stages). People till date feel a major disconnect with their mind, body and soul; and the same is normal. Use this resource to unify your mind, body and soul and find that connect effortlessly. Its not so difficult to heal personally and spiritually. Its not so difficult to understand how to cleanse and purify your soul and feel community liberation in addition to self freedom. All it takes is awareness and practice. Once you adapt that, there is no end to inspiration (no matter how rough your days may be). Wake up to a body, mind and a soul thats “one” thats “unified” and that feels “fulfilled” everyday. I hardly write reviews but this lady deserves all the appreciation! Keep doing the good work. I see us doing a podcast soon (sometime in the future) Much love♥️

I love this podcast so much. Mary Grace is such a soulful host. I enjoy her solo episodes and her interviews. Tuning in always feels like taking a deep breathe. So much relief in her wisdom and approach to healing.

I came for not just astrology but also for the way Mary Grace has such a kind compassionate way of talking. But I’ve stayed for the awesome metaphors and analogies that she uses in every single astro forecast. The metaphors and analogies are what is supporting me learning more about astrology —...Read full review »
