And lastly i wanted to know “if” and if so, “how” the 2022 model can operate as a occupancy sensor device. As i can see it has this ability in the home app and in the Eve app that shows it has or is a occupancy sensor.
Yet i can only use that function based on “time no motion detected”
But i did hear in a few episodes that based on time triggers are a bit tricky when it’s used for a longer time period. That it’s not that accurate for scenes or lights.
Also if i sit still sometimes it does not notice me and therefore it doesn’t detect my present. In my eyes that’s not being a occupation sensor, but correct me if i’m wrong or that the naming in the apps are misleading.
