It did not work with alcohol, & it does not work with drugs.
Many other countries have now dropped this policy & the “war on drugs”.
I too am from NZ, & bias of enforcement is an issue here.
Interesting, but the underlying issues are not addressed here, if anything it reenforces the same old cliches !”
