Description
Welcome back to the Horsepower After Tax Podcast! Today we have an exciting episode, we are introducing a new segment into the mix.  Track Attack! During the month of May something spectacular happens, in a country that is smaller than most major cities. The entire country of Monaco transforms completely to accommodate the most anticipated motorsport race of the year. After 6 weeks of planning and assembly with approximately 3000 workers a racetrack is born, unlike any other professional race track in the world.  The race circuit is narrow, a lot of elevation shifts and many tight corners. These features make it one of the most demanding tracks in Formula One racing.  Motorsport legend Nelson Piquet famously described racing around the streets of Monte Carlo: ‘like riding a bicycle around your living room'  Winding its way through the dazzling city of Monte Carlo, the track length is 3.33kms long with 19 turns that are sure to keep even the most experienced drivers on edge. Over the years race cars have become more advanced and larger, leaving less and less room for error or passing. All that and more in this new episode!
