Need to fact check
I feel like they lack substance to their non-tv reviewing episodes and the episodes all over the place. I don’t care which celebrity bought or sold a home. I want to hear about new design trends, the hosts discuss their thoughts on the trends, and how these trends are impacting and being utilized in real estate. My favorite episodes are when they review tv shows, like Rock the Block or Battle on the Beach from HGTV. These episodes have a clear subject and I enjoy hearing their comments (even if I don’t agree with them). However, I wish they would watch the episode more than once or take more detailed notes before recording the episode. They’ve incorrectly quoted the show and stated obvious facts that aren’t true (like who won a precious season). I’d appreciate a bit more research before these episodes.

More reviews of House Party
There’s a lot of utility here but mostly this just a fun time riffing on and about real estate and pop culture. And it’s better time spent than HGTV IMHO
