“Myquillyn does a fabulous job of meeting you where you’re at when it comes to home decor and hosting. I’ve read two of her books so far (The Nesting Place and Cozy Minimalist Home) and it was so refreshing to be reminded that I can make my home cozy and welcoming, even with financial and other limitations. A few years ago, we built and then unexpected decided to sell our beautiful “dream” home and ended up renting for the last four years. Myquillyn’s books and this podcast have reminded me that God has my family exactly where He wants us, and we can make the most of where we’re at. I met Myquillyn at an antique shop last weekend, and I could tell instantly she truly is as gracious and down to earth as she comes across on the podcast. I’m grateful for her reminders to take the pressure off myself and be ok with imperfection. Thank you, Myquillyn!”
