“Before I sound critical, I would like to share that I truly LOVED this podcast when it first started. I am a huge fan of DAY6 and enjoyed the chance to listen to Jae share his random thoughts and internet searches regularly. I am not, however, a big fan of Alexa. I love Alexa’s music and get the strong impression that she is a wonderful person, but I think that she tends to add false misconceptions and information. She sounds very smart, but she sometimes tries to explain things that are not actually true. For example, there was a podcast where she was explaining some psychological theories such as attachment theory to Jae, but she was not explaining very well which drove me, who has 2 psychology degrees, over the wall because I know many people listen and will now think that way as well. Alexa: It’s okay to just share random thoughts and be carefree. You don’t have to try to educate Jae/the audience. We came for the vibes.”
