“This story is engaging and very well written in general. However, the main female characters of (The sheriff and the psychiatrist) quickly grew unnecessarily arrogant, hostile, and manipulative. The sheriff had an episode highlighting her intelligence and abilities. Within the next few episodes she became needlessly ignorant and belligerent. Same with the psychiatrist supposedly evaluating Jon. It quickly became annoying; a disappointment because the idea of a doctor who can see ghosts was well executed here, and those were two VERY strong female characters with great substance.”
