He started an ice cream company when he was working a hectic job at Virgin Atlantic.   He didn't just start a little something on the side, he went all in to launch a brand new ice cream brand to challenge an already saturated and competitive market.   It didn't end well.    Mark very kindly agreed to come and share his story with us.
