Not just for trainers
This show goes beyond just advice for trainers but is a must listen for fitness enthusiasts everywhere. Mike and Jordan share their encyclopedic knowledge of fitness/business strategy and bust so many of the silly fitness myths that are out there in a super engaging and hilarious way. These guys are the real deal, down to earth and relatable. In a five minute span they can cover everything from programming workout routines for clients around their injuries, Mike’s deep dive into gourmet chocolates, effective strategies for content creation and Jordan’s memories of his own birth. Rogan? Huberman? Are their podcasts great? Yes. But do they remember their own birth? Unlikely. If you are interested in growing your business, growing muscle, losing fat, finding balance, pursuing health, pursuing happiness and bettering yourself and those around you then look no further. @danielirmas
