“This podcast contains a lot of great information. However, I think the delivery of the information could be improved by avoiding overuse of the work “okay” and “alright.” Also, the host gets louder as the podcast goes on. I feel like I’m being yelled at, which is triggering for me, a victim of narcissistic abuse. I love the vibe and I get that the host is on fire for this topic, but try to mix it up with calmer deliver sometimes.”
