Good podcast but some negatives
I really enjoy the advice Claire gives on heartbreak and loving yourself. She is really real and I appreciate that. However, I find that this podcast really triggers me with eating disorder thoughts because she frequently compares heartbreak coaching to weight loss coaching and food. This would be SUCH a better podcast if it would stick to the original content. Claire, please be aware that a lot of men and women deal with disordered eating and it can be REALLY triggering and not helpful to hear about weight loss coaching every episode.
