Realistic Veganism
I started listening to this podcast a few months ago, and have found the various topics really fun and helpful-camping, road-tripping, and especially vegan pregnancy! I thought the veganism and white supremacy episode was very needed in the vegan community, and if you listen to the episode with an open mind (even if it’s uncomfortable for you), you will begin to take away valuable information. My take away-living a vegan lifestyle is not white supremacy. Living a vegan lifestyle and looking down on those who do not have the means to, or maybe have not reached that point in their journey yet-well, that sure can be.

Kristen puts a lot of research and thought into every episode. I like the podcast because she portrays facts objectively and gives great advice about common problems vegans can run into. Overall very helpful!
