“I absolutely love This podcast (as well as ‘Where Shall we Begin?’) she is changing how people think about counseling, therapy, etc... which is great becuade as far as I am concerned because WE ALL NEED IT! If you walk the face of this earth then it would behoove one to say that they wouldn’t benefit from therapy. ‘How’s Work?.,’ is raw & honest. Esthers skills, knowledge & insight is profound, powerful and inspiring. She is intelligent and humble. I enjoy listening to anything with Esther to be honest lol! I value what she says and am pleasantly surprised at her willingness to set aside her own ego & reflect back on the session to make it know what she could have said differently etc... which is oh so very important. I have a lot of respect for someone who can reflect on their own words with honesty & integrity. She is a deep thinker and has taken this profession to places that it has never gone. My husband and I have been able to listen to these podcasts & apply what we have learned from her & use it in our relationship — and THAT should speak volumes... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PODCAST AND ALL OTHERS BY HER AS WELL. !!!👏🏼👍🏼❤️”
