Interesting topics but not a comprehensive perspective
I have been listening to this podcast for more than a year now. Besides being an HR manager, I am also a business owner. I started listening because I wanted to learn about the trends in HR but I have decided to stop listening because the podcast is completely biased and oriented towards employees and their rights. It has absolutely no consideration for business owners. It’s always give everything to employees , expect nothing and be thankful you don’t get sued The guests are accomplished people but this world be so much more interesting if the podcast could include a well rounded approach to HR topics. Both from the worker and the company side.

I think the content and topics are great, but the audio is so far off on sound levels between the host and the guests. Pleaseeee improve and this will be one of my fave podcast. It’s just painful to adjust my volume drastically whenever the speaker changes.
