I wanted to take a moment to share an inspiring client transformation journey with you - one that mirrors the experience you can embark on through a Human Design session with me.   Meet M.!   M. came to me seeking support in navigating as a new mum to her 6-month-old daughter. Overwhelmed and feeling out of sync with her daughter's energy, M. initially came to me for her daughter, a common theme among my clients. But it was also a journey of self discovery and personal growth for herself in addition to understanding and accepting her Daughter needs . Because it always starts with us and our kids are not a mini version of ourselves! Discovering Your Family's Energetic Blueprint During the session, M. gained transformative insights into her daughter's distinctive energy type.  Learning that her Daughter is a Manifestor Generator and understanding that she thrives on diverse activities and needs a lot of stimulation (in contrast to the single-task approach she was conditioned to in a Generator world), became a pivotal moment.  She succeeded to let go of societal labels like 'unfocused,' 'ADHD,' or 'all over the place,' which are often imposed on children. This shift enabled her to release conditioning but also tailor her approach to best support her daughter's unique needs. By doing so, she sidestepped potential frustration and anger from her little one.   M. understood the importance of aligning her parenting style with her own energy type. As a Projector, she is  extremely efficient in what she does but without a Sacral energy Center, she can burn out easily trying to keep up with the energy of a Manifestor Generator like her daughter. Resting is essential for her to recharge her own battery. Learning about her own Energy type allowed M. to accept more easily to prioritise rest and self-care during the day, preventing burnout, avoiding bitterness and enabling her to be fully present with her daughter.    Understanding and Managing Emotions in the Family  M. has always experienced huge emotions and reacted to it quite lively. With a Solar Plexus Center defined in her Chart, she has an emotional authority. During the session, she learnt that she is having emotional waves that she need to fully live... the high but also the low to gain clarity instead of reacting impulsively. Exploring the nature of her emotional waves and finding effective release mechanisms (according to the type of wave she carries in her Design) was really life changing to find emotional balance and improve relationship with her daughter but also her partner, parents, etc.   Acceptance of her Daughter's Unique Expression: The session uncovered that M.'s daughter expressed emotions through a specific channel (36-35) linking her emotional and throat Center. Understanding that her daughter's emotional crises were transformative experiences allowed M. to accept and support the emotional expressions without interference or trying to suppressi it. She could also see that with this Channel, her daughter carries such a beautiful gift to explore and experience life.   In this transformative session, M. discovered her true nature and her authentic parenting style—one that aligned with herself and catered to her daughter's uniqueness.
