In this episode, you have this perfect opportunity through the practical knowledge I am sharing with you to be able to Feed yourself correctly to support your health, vitality, and your true self. A path to wellness! Digestion is about the potential that you have to digest successfully in life (disclaimer it's not just about food but also the information you take in) by having a specific diet. Nothing to do with food. but all about the conditions and circumstances you are eating! It's all about the way that you feed your body and avoid conditioning What is your Colour? 6 colours with 2 variants :  1. Appetite: Consecutive/Alternative  2. Taste : Open/Closes  3. Thirst : Hot/Cold  4. Touch : Calm/Nervous  5. Sound : High/Low  6. Light: Direct/Indirect  All about conditions & Circumstances (not food again) Reach your full potential Honouring your 'Digestion' is gonna make you physically healthy and has enormous advantages for you in terms of energy. it helps you become your true self (means not conditioned). and sets the foundation for the rest of who you‘re and help you to reach your full potential (You‘re not going to put diesel in a gasoline engine unless you‘re really really tired or drunk) Feeding your brain If you're not feeding yourself correctly, it's not just your body you don't feed correctly, it‘s also your brain. If your brain system is not operating correctly ultimately, you are not able to take full advantage of the potential (disclaimer, it's also about how you feed your brain with information). Feeding your differenciation Respecting your Digestion will help you to start cleaning conditioning that you may mentally be stuck with.  Client transformation : One of my clients was struggling with her son during meals. He is Touch-Nervous. Always on the move while eating, making social interaction difficult. The revelation? He needed energy while eating. Being forced to stay seated was unhealthy for him, and he was actually not eating much. awareness, acceptance and let go conditioning changed that! Navigate successfully in life! Real examples : My client was often eating alone in her office, not really enjoying any meal, and experiencing a lot of stomach discomfort. She is High Sound. An acoustic environment is essential for her. She began listening to music, turning up the volume, and found that she enjoyed her meals much more, reducing the pain, being more active. she started allowing herself to visit noisy and bustling cafes, where she felt really energized... got more clients. healthier, happier and more successful materially speaking. My Daughter is Light - Direct It's better for her to eat after sunrise and before sunset. When she was born, she was naturally not breastfeeding at night. Nurses asked me to wake her up to feed her... I refused. It's how we conditioned our children. They already know what is best for them. Lifetime skills And it goes so much deeper than that of course. In a session we look at how to highlight your sensory senses, if you need more protein or carbs, the rhythm of your meal, etc. It's fascinating how Your Design supports your health!
