Description
We've been lucky the last two seasons of Human Solutions to have been discovered by an audience beyond -- in some cases *far* beyond -- our Massachusetts backyard. We're grateful you're here, HR Pro, and we've cooked up a season of conversations that we hope will apply to you no matter where you are. Of course, we can shake our roots, and we have just as much to share with our locals, too.  We're digging into Non-Competes and Non-Solicitation early this season, a subject close to our hearts and the headlines. Also on deck are the PUMP Act and maternal rights, handling exempt versus non-exempt employees, benefits strategies, and DEI. We're looking hard at stress and mindfulness at work and how we make decisions in challenging environments. And, of course, the team has come together to hash out some of our most bitterly debated subjects: The Dress Code. That should get us started, so be on the lookout next week for our return to form and get ready! Tom and Terry and Jen and Kyle are all back in the saddle, along with some incredible and experienced HR voices new to the show, too.
