Taking a walk is a fantastic time to get your scheduled workouts done. A lot of people do one set of an exercise, breathe for a few seconds, then jump right into their exercise.  That's great for endurance, but the ideal interset rest time is longer for building strength and muscle. Taking a walk in between sets helps us loosen up and stay active during our exercise period.  Legal Notice: Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
