I work in healthcare as well but in the administration/admissions part. & I definitely understand the part about the understaffed/what’s expected of us & the patient-load they expect us to handle. We have been understaffed since I started to work there🤣 The first week I began working there like 5 people (including our supervisor) were quitting.& my thoughts were “Omg what did I get myself into…” So yes this episode really made me remember how mentally tough it can be. Your story is very inspiring & I hope you know how wonderful you are. Shoot hearing it almost makes me go into nursing myself because of your love for the profession despite how tough it can be.
