Great coffee podcast brewing here
This is a great addition to the podcast and coffee universe. I’m especially interested in and therefore especially enjoyed the segments about the overlap between bikes and coffee. I appreciate Alex’s effort to educate the lay-person about the nuances of coffee roasting and brewing and I would love to hear more about coffee basics (i.e. terminology, explanations and deconstruction and benefits of certain brewing techniques, etc.). One thing I value in a podcast that is lacking so far is “segmenting” the podcast, or having regular questions or items that are consistent from episode to episode. And perhaps some intro and outdo music or “coffee sounds”? Overall, I highly recommend for any coffee fetishist or lay-drinker.

.... for a funny and very interesting podcast. I always look foward to the next episode, I wish they would come more often. I especially appreciated the episodes about the balanced relationship with coffee. Again, a big thank you. Henrik

Brian and Bryan have an excellent perspective and heart for coffee and the coffee community. I especially loved the recent series viewing coffee from different points of involvement. Very helpful and the sort of thing that speicalty coffee needs to be accessible and to grow. You guys are awesome!
