“This works surprisingly well for me. Thank you! Thank you!! I started this several months ago serious health problems in our family started and I wasn’t sleeping well every night. I was afraid I might have to try pills. Now, when I wake up in the middle of the night I am able to focus on what is being said, instead of my anxious thoughts, and I go right back to sleep most of the time. I tried stories and that did not work, but this does. I much prefer the ones that are neutral, like “carpet”, “cardboard”, and “opals”as opposed to “Big Bang” or some of the ones about politics that can actually start me thinking instead of relaxing me.”
