This episode is dedicated to my story of finding my true self through hardships, mistakes, near-death experiences and illness. I talk about stories I have never shared publicly, let alone with most friends. My hope is to create space for those listening to know that our most challenging life experiences are designed to bring us home to our true self and highest potential. My story includes some significant mistakes, lyme disease, mold illness, narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, etc - all which were gifts that brought me and you, together in this moment. Enjoy!
