Argumentative
I really like Lo but I felt like she was arguing and putting down Melissa Wood’s beliefs and perspective. If you’re going to have a wellness podcast let your guests speak their truth about their philosophy on wellness without your doubts and opinions. I also don’t know why you would have a guest on whose class you have never taken - that is part of the prep work. Lastly, don’t respond to every one of Melissa’s answers with “mmm interesting” or “okay”. But did enjoy some of the questions she asked!
