Insightful and refreshingly honest
Stress, self doubt and personal baggage is all stuff we deal with every day. Sometimes it’s hard to believe other people are dealing with issues similar to your own, because it’s much easier for us to shut down and not think about problems rationally. What I love about this podcast is the frank and open conversation from somebody who is killing it at the top of their game, talking about real issues that we all face. Katy is refreshingly honest, and her thoughts/tips/tricks surrounding mental health and her personal struggles are illuminating. She isn’t perfect, and she doesn’t profess to be. In a world where we’re surrounded by fake news and what society presents to us as ‘perfect’ people (whom don’t exist), this podcast serves as the antidote offering down to earth advice which you can use to progress within your own career (and life). Disclaimer: I currently work with Katy, and have had the pleasure doing so for the past two years now. I can confirm she is just as delightful in person, if not more so.

Super insightful podcast series! Started following after conversation on marketing for Gen Z versus millennials.

Cant remember, that i have seen such a format before. Alone the fact, that she just keeps on recording, not worring about mistakes, is worth listening to it. There is so much value between the lines, love it!
